To schedule a delivery, select the Hub or direct delivery option when submitting your order through TOM. After submitting your order, our team will be in touch to confirm availability for the requested date. Delivery is available on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday – Friday. We require scheduling at least 5 business days ahead of your requested delivery date, however, we encourage you to book as far ahead as possible to ensure we have the availability. Note that we cannot accommodate every delivery date, but will try our hardest to find an alternative if needed.
Neighborhood Tool Hubs
There are no additional fees for our members to pick up or drop off at one of our Neighborhood Tool Hubs. For tips on picking up and dropping off at a Hub, read this Hub How-To.

Direct Deliveries
For direct deliveries to your door or project location, the fees are:

Within 40 miles of the ToolBank= $75 per delivery or pickup, per trip

More than 40 miles from the ToolBank = $75 + $1.25 per mile over 40 miles per delivery or pickup

For example, if you’re 52 miles from the ToolBank, your delivery fee would be:

$75 + 12* $1.25 = $90
Mileage is calculated from the ToolBank (1215 Gazin St., Houston, 77020) to the delivery or pickup address. Fees apply to both delivery and pickup and are per trip.

For example, an order that is both dropped off and picked up from your location will have a total delivery fee of $150 if within 40 miles from the ToolBank.
IMPORTANT: You are hiring a driver, not a heavy lifter or team of people. We will only be sending one driver to drop off your items, and while we have a truck with a lift, you and your team are required to unload and load. You must have a few people at your site to provide unloading and loading help. This is important to ensure the delivery schedule is maintained and we do not delay any orders or pickups after yours. If no support is onsite, you may be subject to a $100 unloading fee. You are required to have support onsite to provide unloading and loading help. The ToolBank will confirm the minimum required volunteers when confirming your delivery. The minimum volunteers required are:
