If you need help navigating our tool ordering system or figuring out what tools you need to complete a project, or if you’d just prefer to pay fees or schedule an appointment over the phone, we’re here for you.
Tool pickups and returns are by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We ask that you try to place your order at least 48 hours in advance of your desired pickup time.
Please note that your appointment is not scheduled until a staff person confirms.
Fees can be paid at the time of pickup. Fees may be paid by credit card or check (payable to Houston Community ToolBank). We do not accept cash. If you have a balance due on your account, you will not be able to borrow tools again until the balance is paid.
Please call us at 713-674-0262 to schedule your return appointment. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The warehouse can be very busy, so please do not show up without a verbal confirmation.
